VCHC - Foundation
June 2011 to July 2012
Founded in 2011, VCHC started with Dr. Prudencia Kintaudy & Delina Johnson’s dream with one goal in mind, to bridge the gap in access to quality health care for all, irrespective of financial ability, race, or creed. VCHC officially opened its doors in January of 2012.
Look, if you have somebody who doesn't have health insurance, who doesn't have a doctor, and in order to deal with their cold or flu, they go to an emergency room - in general, that visit will cost ten times more than walking into a community health center.

VCHC is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit entity incorporated in the State of California. The mission of VCHC is to provide and ensure quality health services to the uninsured and underserved population in the communities of Sylmar, San Fernando, and Arleta/Pacoima in Northern San Fernando Valley region of Southern California.
It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.
About the Clinic
Primary Care Clinic
As a primary care clinic, we offer services such as free family planning services and general healthcare at a sliding scale rate based on poverty levels set forth by the Federal government. We accept Medical and various types of insurance. We also offer free cholesterol and diabetes screening.
